The Firm

The Firm was founded in January 2019 by Ms Elodie VICTOR, Founder Lawyer.

The Firm is composed of two lawyers and a legal assistant

The Firm works for private individuals, companies, in particular employers and other professionals concerned with international mobility, and assists them with migration law and law of French nationality.

The Firm is relying on a solid network of specialised lawyers, especially with the Association of Lawyers for the defence of migration law (ADDE) and ELENA France.

The Firm has been awarded the public contract to provide a day of legal advice on the rights of foreign nationals at the Maison de Justice et du Droit in Saint Denis in France (93).

The Firm maintains an Instagram account @Cabinet.elodievictor to distribute free legal information, particularly on asylum Law.

Ms Elodie VICTOR

Founder Lawyer

Ms Elodie VICTOR is graduated with a Master 2 in international law and international organisations, option Human Rights from Paris 1 Sorbonne Law School and from Paris Bar School.

She took the oath on January 23 2017.

She trained herself with renowned lawyers in Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Cambodia and International Criminal Court in The Netherlands, then as an associate lawyer in French law firms specialized in Migration Law.

She gives lectures in the University Diploma « Law of Asylum – Reception and protection of persecuted migrants » at Paris 2 University Panthéon-Assas since 2020.

She manages the Firm and the team.

 

Mr Maxime GOSSIN

Associate Lawyer

Maxime Gossin is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and previously practised at the Quebec Bar.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law, specialising in international and European law, and a Master’s degree in health law, specialising in pharmaceutical company law, from the University of Lorraine. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma in Health Law and Policy from the University of Montreal.

He first worked in Montreal defending the rights of asylum seekers, as a coordinating lawyer for the refugee section of the Legal Collective of Montréal.

 On his return to France, he continued his commitment alongside exiles, working for a number of Parisian law firms specialising in immigration law.

Today, he works in all areas of immigration law, offering the firm’s clients tailor-made support.

 

Ms Solène LAROCHE 

Legal Assistant

Solène Laroche is graduated  with a Master 2 in international and comparative criminal law from the University of Paris X Nanterre.

After a civic service in an association supporting unaccompanied minors, she continued her commitment in the field of immigration law by working with various associations that help exiles.

She is currently preparing the entrance exam to the CRFPA (Regional Bar School), which she will present in September 2025.
