2-You received a decision rejecting your request
The Law Firm is defending you and representing you before French jurisdictions, administrative and/or judicial courts to appeal the decision that you received:
- Decision from the Consulate rejecting your long-stay visa application and short-stay visa application;
- Decision from the Prefecture rejecting your residence permit, rejecting the renewal of your residence permit, expulsion decision (OQTF), administrative entry ban (IRTF);
- Decision from the Prefecture ordering your deportation to your national country;
- Decision from the Prefecture rejecting or adjourning your request for naturalisation;
- Decision from the judicial court rejecting your Certificate of French Nationality (CNF).
